Makeway View sold to Bukit Sembawang Estates for $168 million
Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited has bought the freehold District 9 development of Makeway View via an en bloc sale in March 2018.
After adding an estimated development charge of approximately S$21.26 million to the sale price of S$168 million, the land rate of the transaction would be S$1,626 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr).
Makeway View is close to the 3 famous primary schools of SJI (Junior), ACS (Pri) and ACS (Junior).
The nearest MRT station to Makeway View is Newton MRT station, which is roughly 400m away.
Before buying Makeway View, Bukit Sembawang also purchased Katong Park Towers in an en bloc sale at S$345 million. The sale of the District 15 condo occurred in the same month of March 2018. The new project would eventually be named LIV@MB.
